A Blog, or weblog, is a type of website, maintained by a company or an individual and dedicated to providing information. A Blog has regular entries of commentary, news,
how-to descriptions, or other material such as graphics or video.
Entries are usually displayed in reverse-chronological order.

"Blog"
can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog. Individuals can blog based on a professional, commercial, hobby or personal interest they have. Many blog are used to promote professional practices like law and therapy offices.

I
know I thought I could avoid the technology thing completely. After all, I've had a
successful solo law practice based on word-of-mouth referrals, a Yellow Page
listing and business cards for the past 25 years. And I had a website.

But it's just not that way anymore.

Today I got my phone book – no white pages. They're not being printed anymore. The fact is, people are searching for you online. Your practice needs an online presence. I'm talking more than a website. From forum posts, to a blog, to Twitter – you need a way to let people searching for you get to know you – and the solutions you offer.

You know that clients don't walk through your door until they hit the wall. Right now, they're in pain but they're are online searching for solutions. They haven't hit the wall yet. But they're seeking some relief and information and getting to know your colleagues who already have an online presence.

Those potential clients are doing just what you're doing right now – seeking to ease the pain. Seeing whose solution you resonate with. Am I right?

I'm not quite ready to announce the whole solution of Technophobe Therapy right now. But stay tuned. You can do that by clicking on the RSS Feed over there in the right colum. It's over there —->  Go ahead & click. Magical things will happen.
